Our Approach to Grievance Redressal

GGRC aims to provide a structured and accessible approach to addressing grievances.

  1. Grievance Submission: The concerned individual or organisation may contact GCCI with a clear description of the issue.
  2. Preliminary Review: The grievance may be reviewed to understand its nature and identify the appropriate course of action.
  3. Guidance and Coordination: Where appropriate, GGRC may facilitate communication or representation with the relevant organisation, department, authority, or stakeholder.
  4. Follow-up and Resolution Support: The Centre may assist with follow-up and explore suitable resolution mechanisms, depending on the nature of the grievance and the applicable process.

The handling of each grievance will depend on its merits, supporting information, jurisdiction, and the procedures of the relevant authority. Submission of a grievance does not guarantee a particular outcome or resolution.

Our Commitment

At GCCI, we believe that timely grievance handling and constructive dispute resolution are essential to building trust, strengthening businesses, and promoting sustainable economic growth.

Through GGRC, we aspire to create a more supportive business environment where entrepreneurs can raise legitimate concerns, seek appropriate assistance, and pursue fair and practical solutions.

GCCI also intends to extend its grievance-related initiatives to address the concerns of women and students, subject to the development and availability of relevant services.
