Duration: Approximately 4–5 hours

Arrival of Guests & Teams
Pre-Event

Teams line up at field entrance. Guests and audience take their seats.
Opening Ceremony
20–30 mins

National anthems, welcome speeches, team introductions, and symbolic kick-off by Chief Guest.
First Half
45 mins

Standard play according to FIFA rules with live commentary and scoreboard updates.
Half-Time Break
15 mins

Refreshments, light music, entertainment, and sponsor displays.
Second Half
45 mins

Teams switch sides. Continued play with fair-play emphasis and medical support on standby.
Closing Ceremony
30–40 mins

Score announcement, award ceremony, speeches, and official photo sessions.
Networking & Gala
Post-Match
